She gave a clue in The Buzz earlier about him being the reason for General Jarque's taking to the hills a decade ago. Now, it wasnt easy mind you, as initial results came up with either a general reference to fellow officers or a vague high profile counsel. I actually found 2 possible answers to this mystery and I'm not even sure that it is really either of them. I googled <em>general jarque pending cases</em>. That gave me an article which gave me another set of words to search again, that is, <em>general jarque graft charges</em>. These led me to the 2 names of former Ombudsman Aniano Desierto and Magdaleno Pena.
